A person or organization wishing to make a presentation before Council at a Policies and Priorities Committee meeting or a Council meeting, must make the request to the Deputy Corporate Officer by the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting. A  Delegation Form is available on our website or the front desk at Town Hall.

Please provide your written request to the Deputy Corporate Officer by mail, in person, or email acollison@dtr.ca.
