Moose Lake

Moose Lake is approximately a 35min drive from Tumbler Ridge. Head North on Hwy 29, drive 27.5 Km, turn right on Moose Lake Forest Service Road, then drive 5.5 km on Moose Lake FSR to site. There are fourteen (14) sites in total with room for over flow camping and parking for extra vehicles and boat trailers. The lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout, so don’t forget your fishing rod and fishing license!

There are two double pad camper sites, 10 single pad camper sites and two walk in tent pad sites. Each campsite has a fire pit and picnic table, with outhouses randomly placed throughout the campsite. This is an un-serviced, no-fee campsite.

Fishing / Ice fishing

The Lake is stocked with Rainbow trout which makes for great fishing, winter or summer, so don’t forget your rod and reel and most importantly, your fishing license!

ATVing / Dirtbiking

The Forest Service Road goes on for kilometers, with plenty of cut-lines and side roads to explore.

Always check the thickness of the ice before snowmobiling across any bodies of water. The only other snowmobiling in this area would be cut-lines.

Boating / Canoeing

There is a boat launch and a floating wharf, so bring your boat, canoe, kayak or pontoon boat for a relaxing day on the water!
